We will be investing in early-stage growth companies focussed on the future of drinks who are addressing the availability and capability of people, trade engagement, attracting consumers, and retaining consumers.

The drinks sector is experiencing global shortages of suitably trained and experienced people where and when they are needed. We are looking for companies with a focus on meeting people needs, building capability, and on increasing the use of AI, robotics, drones and automation to fill the capability gaps.

The drinks trade is grappling with changing retailer and consumer needs and is increasingly focussing on new formats, the Circular Economy, and impact frameworks. We are looking for companies creating alternative packaging formats, lowering environmental footprints, and creating global compliance models.

Consumption occasions have been rapidly changing since 2000 and consumers are becoming increasingly interested in new flavours, new formats, new stories. Retailers are working hard to meet changing customer tastes and corporate impact objectives - they are not only seeking new products and new styles, they are also seeking an ever higher level of consumer engagement.
